Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

BREVIT LLC ("Brevit", "we", "our", "us"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Florida, USA, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit our website (brevit.store) or use our Revit plugins.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

3. Revit Plugin Data

Our Revit plugins (including BPM — BIM Production Manager, and other Brevit plugins) handle two distinct kinds of data:

(a) License validation data sent to Brevit. When you activate, renew, or start a free trial of a plugin, the following items are sent over an encrypted HTTPS connection to our license server: your license key, the email address you registered, the product name, and a non-reversible machine identifier (a one-way hash of your computer name). This is used solely to validate your license and seat count. We do not sell or share this information with third parties.

(b) Project data stored in your Revit model. Plugin features (such as BPM's sheet production tracking — progress, tasks, assignees, phases, reference links, project notes, bookmarks, and team role lists) are stored as shared parameters inside your own .rvt file. This data never leaves your environment and is controlled entirely by you and your organization. Brevit does not receive, read, or upload any model content, drawing data, parameters, or project information.

Local cache. Plugins cache license status and per-project preferences in %APPDATA%\<plugin name> on your computer (for example, %APPDATA%\BPM). You can delete this folder at any time; the plugin will recreate it as needed.

We do not collect telemetry, usage analytics, model content, drawing content, or any personal data beyond what is described above.

4. How We Use Your Information

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information, including HTTPS-only transport for all plugin license traffic. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
