BPM — BIM Production Manager for Revit

The complete sheet-production dashboard for Revit — track progress, assign tasks, manage phases, and coordinate your team without ever leaving Revit.

⚡ Version 1.3.1  ·  Revit 2024 · 2025 · 2026 · 2027

One dashboard for your whole sheet set

Everything your team needs to drive a project to issue — inside Revit, in a window you can leave open while you work.

🗂️ Non-blocking dashboard

A modeless production dashboard you keep open while you model. See your entire sheet set and its status at a glance.

✅ Tasks & progress

Add tasks to one sheet or many at once, check them off, and record who completed what and when with completion stamps.

🧹 Phase management

Live phase filtering keeps the dashboard focused on the phase you're producing, without losing the rest of the set.

👥 Team coordination

Assign sheets to people, group work, and move sheets between groups — with a three-role permission model.

🖨️ PDF export & print sets

Build print sets and export PDFs straight from the dashboard, so issuing a package is a few clicks, not a chore.

📝 Project notes & sketches

Keep project notes in tabs and edit them inline. Sketches and notes travel with the sheets they belong to.

💾 Data lives in the .rvt

No external database. Everything is stored as Revit shared parameters and syncs via Sync to Central like any other data.

🧩 Revit 2024–2027

One product covers Revit 2024, 2025, 2026, and 2027 on Windows 10 and 11 — install once, use across versions.

Built around three roles

BPM gives each person exactly the controls their job needs — PM-only tools are hidden from Team Members, not just disabled.

Full access

BIM Manager

Everything a Project Manager can do, plus Settings, project initialization, and managing the team lists.

Sheet editing

Project Manager

Full sheet editing — phases, assignees, references, sketches, and Project Notes. Everyone is a PM by default.

Focused view

Team Member

View all data, check and uncheck tasks (recording who and when), and move sheets between groups.

Every user needs a license. Start with a free trial and activate right inside Revit — the three roles decide what each person can do, not whether they need a license. See the documentation for the full breakdown.

Frequently asked

Which versions of Revit does BPM support?

Autodesk Revit 2024, 2025, 2026, and 2027 on Windows 10 and 11. The installer ships a per-version add-in so the correct runtime loads automatically.

Where is BPM data stored?

Inside the .rvt file, as Revit shared parameters on Sheets and Project Information. On workshared projects it syncs through Sync to Central — no external database.

Can I use BPM on a workshared or cloud project?

Yes — central-file workshared projects are the primary use case, and cloud-hosted BIM 360 / ACC projects are supported. Team members see each other's changes after syncing and refreshing the dashboard.

How do I install it?

Install from the Autodesk App Store, or run the standalone installer. Both deploy to your per-user Revit Addins folder — no admin rights required for the .exe.
